Your leadership journey begins as soon as you enroll in the program. You will be given an assignment to prepare to introduce yourself powerfully to the other students with whom you will share your learning journey. You will also have the opportunity to do preparatory work on your leadership vision so that you can arrive at the opening conference completely prepared to get maximum value for your investment in the program.

EMBODYING A POWERFUL AND AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP PRESENCE
In the first phase of the program, Embodying a Powerful and Authentic Leadership Presence, you will learn to create bolder visions for the future; develop a more engaging and powerful presence with co-workers; generate higher levels of trust and relationship with others; and produce results with less effort and energy.

The first phase of the program includes:

A four-day program opening retreat

A one-day workshop

SHAPING THE FUTURE
In the second phase of the program, Shaping the Future, you will deepen and expand your leadership presence and begin to look beyond your own development, focusing on producing value for others, through others. In this phase you will learn to bypass opposition; mobilize others to action; create higher levels of customer satisfaction; build effective and capable teams; obtain more rapid and reliable results; and achieve extraordinary results through others.

The second phase of the program includes:

Three, three-day program retreats

The Course Work Includes:

Fourteen workshop days in five conferences

Five Learning Guides

Reading materials

Participation on a learning team

Group coaching

Reading assignments, reflection and writing (journaling and five learning reports)

Program Dates:

Opening Conference:	September 11th – 14th, 2008 (four-day retreat)
Second Conference:	October 11th, 2008 (one day)
Third Conference:	November 14th – 16th, 2008 (three-day retreat)
Fourth Conference:	January 16th – 18th, 2009 (three-day retreat)
Completion Conference:	March 13th – 15th, 2009 (three-day closing retreat)

Program Tuition: $8,000**

A tuition deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your enrollment into the program.

**The cost for food and lodging at the retreats is not included in the price of tuition

Save an additional $500 when you pay your tuition in full by July 9th, 2008

OUR RETREAT LOCATION
Each of the program's retreats will be conducted at a stunningly beautiful, private and historic Craftsman estate on over fifty acres in Ojai, California. Participation requires staying on property for the full duration of each retreat.

Retreat Accommodations and Meals
During our time together at each retreat, we will enjoy delicious food prepared onsite by a gourmet chef. A vegetarian option will be offered at every meal.

Accommodations range from deluxe suites with private baths to cottages, sleeping porches and yurts with shared baths. During our time together at each retreat, we will enjoy delicious food prepared onsite by a gourmet chef. A vegetarian option will be offered at every meal.

Based on accommodation selected, the price for accommodations and all meals ranges between $145-$245 per night.
