Your leadership journey begins as soon as you enroll in the program. Upon enrollment, you will be given an initial learning assignment and the opportunity to do preparatory work on your leadership vision so that you can arrive at the opening conference ready to receive maximum value from your investment in the program.

EMBODY A POWERFUL AND AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP PRESENCE
In the first phase of the program, Embodying a Powerful and Authentic Leadership Presence, you will learn to create bolder visions for the future; develop a more engaging and powerful presence with co-workers; generate higher levels of trust and relationship with others; and produce results with less effort and energy.

The first phase of the program includes:
A two-hour program "Jump Start" conference call
A four-day program kick-off residential retreat
A two-day workshop


SHAPE THE FUTURE
In the second phase of the program, Shaping the Future, you will deepen and expand your leadership presence and begin to look beyond your own development, focusing on producing value for others. In this phase you will learn to bypass opposition; mobilize others to action; create higher levels of customer satisfaction; build effective and capable teams; obtain more rapid and reliable results; and achieve extraordinary results through others.

The second phase of the program includes:
Two, three-day residential retreats
A four-day closing residential retreat

Program Dates:
Opening Conference (four-day retreat):
January 6th - 9th, 2011 (9am Thursday - 4pm Sunday)
Second Conference (two-day workshop):
February 5th - 6th, 2011 (9am Saturday - 4pm Sunday)
Third Conference (one-day workshop):
March 4th - 6th, 2011 (9am Friday - 4pm Sunday)
Fourth Conference (three-day retreat):
May 6th - 8th, 2011 (9am Friday - 4pm Sunday)
Completion Conference (closing retreat/graduation):
July 7th - 9th, 2011 (9am Thursday - 4pm Saturday)

OUR RETREAT LOCATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS
Each of our four program retreats will be conducted at a stunningly beautiful, private and historic Craftsman estate on over fifty acres in Ojai, California. Participation in the ALM Program requires staying on property for the full duration of each retreat. Being together in this way builds trust and community. Staying at the retreat center is a condition for participation in the ALM Program (Ojai locals included).

Lodging Details:
The lodging included as part of your retreat fee are shared accommodations and shared baths ranging from rustic to deluxe and are made available on a first come, first serve basis upon completion of your enrollment.


Private and Deluxe Accommodation Upgrades
Upgrades to private suites and cottages are available for an additional fee. Please speak with Lindsey Welch in our office about upgrading to one of the following:
Main house, master suite with private deluxe accommodations and bath (historic Green & Green craftsman architecture).
Deluxe "Artists Retreat" cottage with private accommodations and bath.

Retreat Meals
During our time together at each retreat, we will enjoy delicious organic food prepared onsite by Caspar, our gourmet chef. A vegetarian option will be offered at every meal. Please advise us if you have any food allergies or restrictions at time of registration.

ALM PROGRAM TUITION
The program tuition includes all necessary course materials. In addition to the program tuition, ALM students are also required to pay a "Retreat Fee" for accommodations and meals (see below for details).

Regular Tuition - $7,900


Tuition Deposit and Payment Details:
A tuition deposit of $900 is required to secure your enrollment into the program
The entire tuition balance is due and payable no later than Monday, December 6th, 2010
In addition to the program tuition, ALM students are also required to pay a "Retreat Fee" for accommodations and meals (see below for details).
Accommodations are assigned on a first come first served basis upon completion of your enrollment
Discounts for couples are available, please call for details

Retreat Fee:
In addition to the ALM Program Tuition, each student is required to pay a Retreat Fee of $2,200 to cover the cost of accommodations and all meals during the sixteen days and ten nights of our four residential retreats together. A portion of the Retreat Fee will be due prior to each retreat. Note: The Retreat Fee does not include meals during our two-day workshop.

ALM PROGRAM REGISTRATION
To ensure maximum value and benefit to each and every student, the ALM Program
is limited to 20 participants. To register for our next program, there are two options:
