OUR COACHES

Lindsey Welch
Lindsey Welch has been on staff at the Institute for Embodied Wisdom since 2006.

Lindsey is a coach in the Institutes' Art of Leadership Mastery program and offers one-to-one coaching for individuals.

Having graduated from Newfield Network's ontological coach training program and her deep involvement in the Art of Leadership Mastery program since its inception, Lindsey is strongly grounded in leadership, linguistics and somatic learning. She brings a tremendous competency in deep listening and coaches from a place of acceptance, joy, tenderness and inspiration.

Her commitment to others and their growth and development is evidenced consistently through her passion and enthusiasm for other's success and happiness.

Lindsey is married to her high school sweetheart Justin, loves photography, art and travel and currently resides in her hometown of Ojai, Ca.

Alison Madsen
Alison Madsen is passionate about coaching and providing her clients with a powerful path forward toward their future. She joyfully brings her experience in international financial markets, public relations, and community development with her somatic and ontological training to coaching conversations that transform and inspire.

Alison began her coaching career in 2006 as a Success Coach for Peaks Potential and has been with the Institute for Embodied Wisdom since 2009. Alison continued her coaching and leadership development training at Newfield Network where she gained a solid foundation in linguistics, somatics, archetypal energies, and generative leadership. She is an alumni of the Art of Leadership Mastery program completing both the basic and advanced versions of this seven month long program.

Alison's primary focus is in authentic feminine leadership. She is gifted in supporting women in living from dignity, choice and stability.

Alison stays active in many non-profit organizations and believes in giving back to any community she calls home. She is the founder of iBelieve Foundation, a non-profit organization created out of her commitment for a thriving, flourishing, green, sustainability and empowered Detroit by magnifying through funds and awareness what is already working in the city that was once considered the Paris of the West.

Alison enjoys yoga, gardening, dance and painting. She currently lives with her boyfriend and his two children in Ventura Ca.
