Part of the benefit of embarking on a program such as Art of Leadership Mastery is being able to track and 'show' the changes you have made along the way. You know how difficult it can be to look backwards and remember from where you came.

The assessment provides for you and/or your employer metrics to show the benefit of the program; simply being able to see for yourself how you show up against those competencies can also be a source of great ongoing learning.

This tool can be used as part of the Art of Leadership Mastery journey or as a stand alone assessment. The tool allows you to select up to 25 evaluators and we encourage you, in addition to the usual 'work' related evaluators, to use people with whom you have close family or community ties, thus giving you a wider view of how you show up in various domains of your life.

The assessment can be coupled with a debriefing and coaching session with Scott for a truly powerful look at where you stand in becoming the leader you wish to be.

The cost of the survey is $195 per person per survey or $300 for a "pre" and "post" survey when purchased together. The survey can support up to 25 evaluators.
