Kanu Kogod is proud to present a workshop with Scott Coady that could be the most impactful day and a half of learning you have ever experienced.

Do you know what it means to be a warrior?
Do you have the ability to awaken and contain warrior values and energy?
Where can warrior values and energy help you in your life?
How could embodying warrior spirit help you move forward powerfully given what you face or stands in your way?

In the Embodying the Warrior Spirit workshop, you will get the answers to these questions and have the opportunity to:

Explore the nature and application of warrior energy
Awaken and experience within yourself the energy and spirit of a warrior by playing The Samurai Game®
Discover how and where you can apply warrior values and spirit in your own life to transform stagnant projects, situations and ideas into bold action and satisfying results.

As part of this workshop, you will have the opportunity (if you choose) to play The Samurai Game®. The Samurai Game® serves as a mirror into which people look honestly, discovering personal strengths (often hidden) and revealing old habits (often denied). You will also have the opportunity to learn:

To what degree you are willing to act decisively and with integrity to get the results you say that you want and need
Upon what principles and core values you stake your life and success
How well you function in the face of injustice and uncertainty
Ways of being you embody when under pressure that do not serve your long term success

The Samurai Game® is a highly challenging leadership and team effectiveness simulation developed by George Leonard, author of Mastery, The Silent Pulse, Education & Ecstasy, The Ultimate Athlete, and eight other books. It is played with a minimum of special equipment and a maximum of personal commitment and integrity. The Samurai Game® asks each participant to fully engage with others and become keenly aware of the interplay of thought, feeling, action and outcome. From this perspective, individuals and teams become more conscious of existing habits and the potential for positive constructive action.

Scott Coady is the Founder of the Institute for Embodied Wisdom and is one of the few people certified by George Leonard to lead
The Samurai Game®. To learn more about Scott and the Institute for Embodied Wisdom, Click Here. To learn more about The Samurai Game®, Click Here.

Questions to Consider Before and During the Workshop:

What are my personal strengths and weaknesses?
What personal qualities do I want to enhance?
What habitually seems to obstruct my best efforts?
What are the organizational and leadership implications to these questions?
How do I want my life to be different and what do I need to discover about me in order to create that life?

"Even after 20 years, the Samurai Game remains the most profound and impactful training events I have ever attended. The game showed me how alive I can be and continues to teach me about myself even now." — Game Participant
